Looking to buy in Lower Lonsdale?  Well, if you are looking to get near the waterfront in a brand new building prices are now being seen over $700 per/square foot.  This means is that a 983 sqft south facing condo is going for a cool $700,0000!   But before you fall over with sticker shock you should note that I saw a condo that was for sale in London, England for almost $6000 per/square foot!  Lower Lonsdale is still a steal to many world class cities. In New York for instance condos sell for $5300 per/ square foot and in places like Hong Kong one can expect to pay $4000 per/square foot.  Lonsdale is a far cry off these major cities but its appeal is gaining attention from international buyers who see this not only as a desirable place to live but more importantly a place to invest.
