I have just uploaded a chart outlining the bylaws and policies for having a
secondary suite in the City and District of North Vancouver. Since many buyers
looking to purchase properties are also considering properties with
self-contained suites, or are considering renovating a home to include a
suite, I think this information might be useful for some out you out
there. For your convenience, I have also posted the chart below.
