Lower Lonsdale and Central Lonsadale Property / Home Inspectors

 If you are considering a real estate purchase in Central or Lower Lonsdale (or anywhere for that matter) then you should strongly consider not only using a specialized realtor, but also a home inspector to educate you on every aspect of your home or condo. 

As a realtor with a strong background in building and development I am able to measure quality of construction and have a keen eye for deficiencies that would affect your real estate value.  I formerly worked as a builder constructing low rise townhouses and custom estate homes.  I have also taken the liberty of educating myself on most of Central and Lower Lonsdale’s buildings, townhouses, and duplexes.  I have and/or have read most of the Strata documents for many of the areas popular complexes.  I have done so over the last few years as such, I have been able to monitor the progress and maintenance programs that have been adopted by the various buildings. This allows me to know which buildings are 'leaky condos' and which ones are well maintained, it also has given me insight into the Strata Council(s) and/or management companies responsible for administering maintenance programs.
